This Privacy Policy explains how Time Breaker: Brick Rush (分秒必爭, “the App,” “we,” “us”), a game by Bunjay Lab, handles information when you use it on Android and iOS.

1. Summary

Time Breaker is a single-player brick-breaking game. It does not require an account, has no server of its own, and keeps your game progress on your device. It uses a few services run by Google and Apple — advertising, leaderboards and app store purchases — which are described below.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Game Data Stored on Your Device

  • Game progress (cleared levels, best scores, stars, coins, diamonds, owned and equipped items, quest and check-in progress) and settings (sound, volume, vibration) are saved only in the App’s storage on your device. We do not receive or store them.

2.2 Leaderboards

  • If you are signed in to Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Game Center (iOS), the App submits three numbers to that service’s leaderboards: your total score, the number of levels you have cleared, and the number of bricks you have broken. The leaderboards show these with your player name and picture from that service, as set up in your Google or Apple account, and other players can see them. The App reads the leaderboards to show rankings. Sign-in and your player profile are handled by Google or Apple, not by us.

2.3 Advertising

  • The App offers optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob (for example, to continue a level or refill stars). Ads are shown only when you choose to watch one. When ads are loaded or shown, Google and its advertising partners may collect your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, general location derived from it, device information, and ad interaction data, to serve, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud.
  • In regions that require it (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the App shows Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form so you can choose whether to allow personalized advertising. On iOS, the App asks for Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission; if you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown.
  • Ads in the App are limited to content suitable for a general audience (maximum content rating “PG”).

2.4 Purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details; the App only receives confirmation that a purchase was completed so it can add the purchased content on your device.

2.5 What We Do Not Collect

The App does not use analytics or crash-reporting services, and does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.

3. How Information Is Used

  • To run the game and keep your progress on your device;
  • To show leaderboard rankings, when you are signed in to Google Play Games or Game Center;
  • To show and measure the rewarded ads you choose to watch, according to your consent choices;
  • To deliver content you have purchased.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

Each of these services is governed by its own privacy policy:

5. Data Storage and Security

Game data is kept in the App’s own storage on your device. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its data in your device settings, deletes it. Leaderboard scores are kept by Google or Apple under their policies. You are responsible for the security of your own device.

6. Your Choices

  • Ads: watching an ad is always optional. Where a consent choice applies, you can change it at any time with 隱私設定 (Privacy settings) on the App’s 設定 (Settings) page. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads; iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking).
  • Leaderboards: you can sign out of Google Play Games or Game Center, or change your profile and visibility there. To remove your scores, use the tools Google or Apple provide, or contact us.
  • Game data: uninstall the App or clear its data.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us at support@bunjaylab.com.

8. International Users & Regional Rights

8.1 Where We Are Based

Bunjay Lab is based in Taiwan. Information handled by the services in Section 4 may be processed in Taiwan, the United States and other countries where those providers operate.

8.2 EEA, UK and Switzerland

Under the GDPR and equivalent laws you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing, including personalized advertising; to data portability; to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing); and to complain to your local data protection authority. Our legal bases are your consent (personalized advertising), performance of a contract (purchases and the game features you use, such as leaderboards) and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the App.

8.3 California Residents

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you have the right to know what personal information is collected and why, to delete or correct it, to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing”, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Advertising identifiers shared with Google for ads (Section 2.3) may count as “sharing”; you can opt out through the App’s privacy settings or your device’s advertising settings. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

To use any of these rights, contact us at support@bunjaylab.com.

9. Changes to This Policy
