1. Eligibility

The App is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you.

2. The App

Time Breaker is a single-player brick-breaking game played against a countdown. It does not require an account, and your progress is stored on your own device. Optional leaderboards are provided through Google Play Games (Android) and Apple Game Center (iOS).

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us and our licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the App or any part of it;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law forbids this restriction;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App.

4. Virtual Items and Purchases

• The App uses virtual items such as coins, diamonds, stars, boards and in-game items (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are a limited license to use content in the App. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred, except as the law requires.
• Any purchases are billed and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms. We never receive your payment details. Purchases are final; refunds, if any, are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
• Virtual Items and game progress are stored only on your device. They are lost if you uninstall the App or clear its data, and they do not move between devices or between Android and iOS.
• We may change the prices, rewards and balance of Virtual Items in updates. Virtual Items you have already received stay with your saved game.

5. Rewarded Ads

The App offers optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob (for example, to continue a level or refill stars). Watching one is always your choice. Rewards are given only when the ad is watched to the end. Rewarded ads have daily limits and waiting times, and we do not guarantee that an ad is available at any given time. Ads and consent choices are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Leaderboards

Leaderboards are run by Google and Apple, and your use of them is also subject to their terms. Scores are shown with the player name and picture of your Google or Apple profile. We may remove or ask the provider to remove scores we reasonably believe were obtained by cheating, tampering or errors.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break any applicable law;
• Modify the App or its saved data, or use cheats, bots or scripts, to gain Virtual Items, rewards or leaderboard scores;
• Circumvent or tamper with any purchase, reward or advertising mechanism in the App;
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App or the services it uses.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, artwork, sounds, levels, code and names (including “Time Breaker” and “分秒必爭”), is owned by Bunjay Lab or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The App uses the LXGW WenKai TC font under the SIL Open Font License. Nothing in these Terms transfers these rights to you.

9. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third-party services, including Google AdMob, Google Play Games Services, Apple Game Center and the Apple App Store / Google Play billing systems. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUNJAY LAB IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA (INCLUDING GAME PROGRESS AND VIRTUAL ITEMS), PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP AND IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or any consumer rights that cannot be limited or excluded under the mandatory laws of your country.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to the App, including its leaderboards, if you break these Terms. Sections 4, 8, 10, 11 and 14 survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes are shown by the “Last updated” date above and, where the law requires, announced in other ways. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the App.

• 對本 App 進行反向工程、反編譯或反組譯，但法律禁止此項限制者除外；
• 移除或變更本 App 中的任何權利標示。

4. 虛擬物品與購買

• 本 App 使用金幣、鑽石、星星、滑板與遊戲道具等虛擬物品（以下稱「虛擬物品」）。虛擬物品僅是使用 App 內容的有限授權，沒有現實貨幣價值，不能兌換現金，也不能出售或轉讓，但法律另有規定者除外。
• 任何購買均由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 依其條款收費與處理，我們不會收到您的付款資料。購買一經完成即不退還；如有退款，由 Apple 或 Google 依其政策處理，但您所在國家的法律另有規定者除外。
• 虛擬物品與遊戲進度只保存在您的裝置上。解除安裝本 App 或清除其資料後將會遺失，也無法在裝置之間或 Android 與 iOS 之間轉移。
• 我們可能在更新中調整虛擬物品的價格、獎勵與平衡。您已取得的虛擬物品會保留在您的遊戲存檔中。

5. 獎勵式廣告

本 App 透過 Google AdMob 提供可自由選擇觀看的獎勵式廣告（例如復活繼續關卡、補滿星星），是否觀看完全由您決定。只有完整看完廣告才會給予獎勵。獎勵式廣告有每日次數與等待時間的限制，我們不保證任何時候都有廣告可看。廣告與同意選擇的說明見隱私權政策。

6. 排行榜

排行榜由 Google 與 Apple 營運，您使用時也須遵守其條款。分數會連同您 Google 或 Apple 個人資料的玩家名稱與頭像一起顯示。對於我們合理認為是以作弊、竄改或錯誤取得的分數，我們可以移除或請服務商移除。

7. 使用規範

您同意不會：

• 違反任何適用法律；
• 修改本 App 或其存檔資料，或使用外掛、機器人或腳本，來取得虛擬物品、獎勵或排行榜分數；
• 規避或竄改本 App 中的購買、獎勵或廣告機制；
• 干擾本 App 或其所用服務的正常運作。

本 App（包括設計、美術、音效、關卡、程式碼與名稱，含「Time Breaker」與「分秒必爭」）屬於 Bunjay Lab 或其授權人所有，受著作權、商標及其他法律保護。本 App 使用的霞鶩文楷 TC（LXGW WenKai TC）字型依 SIL Open Font License 授權。本條款不會將這些權利移轉給您。

9. 第三方服務

部分功能仰賴第三方服務，包括 Google AdMob、Google Play 遊戲服務、Apple Game Center，以及 Apple App Store／Google Play 的付款系統。您使用這些功能時，也須遵守其條款與政策。我們不對第三方服務的可用性、內容或做法負責。

10. 免責聲明

本 App 依「現狀」及「現有」提供，不附帶任何明示或默示的保證，包括可銷售性、特定用途適用性、所有權及不侵權的保證。我們不保證本 App 不會中斷、沒有錯誤或沒有有害成分。

11. 責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，Bunjay Lab 對因您使用或無法使用本 App 所生的任何間接、附帶、特別、衍生性或懲罰性損害，或任何資料（包括遊戲進度與虛擬物品）、利潤或商譽的損失，均不負責任。我們就本 App 相關請求的總責任，以請求發生前 12 個月內您為本 App 及 App 內購買所支付的金額為上限。

本條款不限制依您所在國家強制性法律不得限制或排除的任何責任或消費者權利。

12. 終止

您可隨時解除安裝本 App 以停止使用。若您違反本條款，我們可以暫停或終止您使用本 App（包括其排行榜）。第 4、8、10、11 及 14 條於終止後仍然有效。

我們可能更新本條款。變更會以上方的「最後更新」日期標示，並在法律要求時以其他方式通知。變更生效後繼續使用本 App，即表示您接受更新後的條款。

14. 準據法

本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法，不適用其衝突法規則；但您所在國家的強制性消費者保護法律另有規定者，從其規定。本條款任何條文經認定無法執行時，其餘條文仍然有效。本條款與隱私權政策構成您與我們之間就本 App 的完整協議。
